Incanda recently collaborated with Devco Developments to complete the stunning showhouse at Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate. Nestled 40km from Hermanus, this estate offers secure and serene living, perfectly complementing its scenic coastal surroundings.

Design that Embraces Nature

The project required a meticulous selection of finishes and furniture to ensure they harmonized with the coastal ambiance while appealing to prospective buyers. We chose a calm palette, utilizing Incanda’s oak smoke range alongside light fabrics and leather. Pops of color strategically lead the eye to focal points throughout the property, creating visual interest and a welcoming atmosphere.

Thoughtful Choices for Elegant Living

With space limitations in mind, we opted for delicate furniture options that maximize both function and style. The Kitchen Table in the dining room is paired with our Jozi chairs in a pale fabric, exuding a sense of luxury. The Danabaai beds fit perfectly in the bedrooms, offering an understated elegance. They are dressed with textured throws and patterned scatters, adding a touch of color and vibrancy.

A Harmonious Blend of Comfort and Style

In the lounge, a combination of leather and fabric pieces provides a balanced aesthetic, complemented by a beautiful jute rug that adds texture without overwhelming the light, airy feel. Our Vrede Couch and chairs, perfect for smaller spaces, worked perfectly, accompanied with the round Namib Coffee table – again the perfect choice when space is limited. Each element was carefully chosen to enhance the overall look and feel of the home, creating a space that is both stylish and inviting.
