Care Instructions:
- Blot spills immediately.
- Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid leather fading.
- Leather balm can be applied 2-3 times per year to keep the leather from drying.
- Leather and wood care products are available in-store and online.

Leather is a natural product and often has characteristics on the hide itself. There are seven main types of characteristics on a natural cowhide, namely:

- Scratch marks
- Stretch marks
- Small holes in the leather
- Peeling of the epidermal layer
- Brand marks (technically brandmarks are not natural, but most cowhides have brandmarks)

Your Incanda delivery is handled by trusted third-party transport partners with a national delivery network. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your piece for delivery. Deliveries take place on weekdays during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery is complimentary on every order to our main centres, including but not limited to: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit and George.
For deliveries to outlying areas, a surcharge will be added based on your order value, ranging from R150 to R1,500 for large orders.
