• Due to the unpredictable nature of collecting off-cuts, all of our product photos are representative only. Variation in tone and texture is bound to occur due to the nature of organic material and configuration of digital screens.
• We use collected, quality materials throughout, but the fabric options are bound to vary.
• For engraving please add the word you would like to have engraved in the box. Please note the engraving option is for 1 word (max 10 letters). We are using “Monotype Corsiva” as standard font, but special requests may be added in the engraving info box or emailed to
  adminrec@incanda.co.za.

  Any engraved product cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product from the manufacturing side.

• Please note that our laser engraving will show black on the leather, so engraving on dark leather will not be as visible as on lighter leather.
• Leather is a natural product and often has characteristics on the hide itself.
  There are seven main types of characteristics on a natural cowhide, namely:
  1. Insect bites or skin condition
  2. Scratch marks
  3. Stretch marks
  4. Small holes in the leather
  5. Peeling of the epidermal layer
  6. Brand marks — technically brand marks are not natural, but most cowhides have brand marks
  7. Colour variation

• Further to the natural marks on the leather, the back of the skins can show writing with black markers. On unlined products, these texts/numbers might be visible.
