Your Incanda Re-Create item will need some TLC over the course of its lifetime to ensure it always looks its best.

Here is a quick guide on how to correctly apply leather balm to your product:

1. Apply a small amount of balm on a cloth.
2. Rub into your product.
3. Leave the product to absorb for a few minutes.
4. Wipe any excess balm off with a dry cloth.

Repeat every 3 – 6 months.

Delivery

Your Incanda delivery is handled by trusted third-party transport partners with a national delivery network. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your piece for delivery. Deliveries take place on weekdays during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery is complimentary on every order to our main centres, including but not limited to: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit and George.

For deliveries to outlying areas, a surcharge will be added based on your order value, ranging from R150 to R1,500 for large orders.
