• Leather is a natural product and often has imperfections on the hide itself. There are seven main types of imperfections on a natural cowhide, namely:

  2. scratch marks
  3. stretch marks
  4. small holes in the leather

  6. brand marks (technically brandmarks are not natural, but most cowhides have brandmarks)
